Well & Done provides cook time estimates and cooking instructions for various foods and kitchen appliances. The App is provided for informational and convenience purposes only and is not a substitute for professional cooking advice or food safety guidance.

Cooking involves risks, including foodborne illness from undercooked food. Always use a food thermometer to verify that food has reached a safe internal temperature. The cook times and temperatures provided by the App are estimates and may vary based on your specific appliance, food size, starting temperature, and other factors. Use your own judgment and follow established food safety guidelines.
3. AI-Generated Content
Some cook time estimates are generated by AI and may not be accurate for your specific situation. Always verify results with a food thermometer and your own judgment. We are not responsible for any consequences of relying on AI-generated estimates.
4. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that cook times will be accurate for your specific situation.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to undercooked food, foodborne illness, property damage, personal injury, or any other consequence of following the App's instructions. You assume full responsibility for the safe preparation and consumption of any food cooked using guidance from the App.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its content, design, and features, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without our permission. Third-party content referenced by the App (manufacturer directions, database entries) remains the property of its respective owners.
7. Third-Party Sources
The App references cooking directions from manufacturers, public databases, and other third-party sources. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of third-party content. All third-party trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners.
